Mavin is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Associate with strong
partnerships experience to support revenue growth and strategic collaborations. This role is responsible for
identifying opportunities, building strategic alliances, negotiating partnership deals, and supporting execution to
drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines sales acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship
management skills to unlock new markets and revenue streams.

- Partnership Development
- Identify and pursue new brand, corporate and media partnership opportunities.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals aligned with artist campaigns and label priorities.
- Pitch Mavin’s artists and IP to prospective brand partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist with contract execution.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners across sectors (FMCG, fintech, telecoms, fashion, lifestyle, etc.).
- Revenue Growth & Deal Structuring
- Support the structuring of sponsorship, endorsement, and brand collaboration deals.
- Track partnership revenue performance against targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner accounts.
- Campaign & Activation Management
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, A&R and PR teams to execute partnership campaigns.
- Ensure brand deliverables are fulfilled (content, appearances, digital assets, etc.).
- Maintain strong communication with brand stakeholders throughout campaign lifecycle.
- Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with brand managers, agencies, media buyers and corporate decision
makers. - Represent Mavin Records at industry events and networking engagements.
- Maintain strong internal relationships with artist managers and creative teams.
- Act as a key liaison between brand partners and internal stakeholders.

- 2–4 years experience in business development, partnerships, sales or brand collaborations.
- Proven track record of securing and managing commercial partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing pitch decks, proposals and commercial documentation.
- Solid understanding of contract basics and commercial terms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret revenue and performance data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly outgoing and confident in networking environments.
